We have served customers dealing in hardware, plumbing, curtain and interior decoration, toys, automotive supply, general merchandising, etc. We inform our customers of new and potentially profitable products to sell, arrange for samples to be sent, help negotiate pricing, create and maintain a structured product listing for our customers so the correct products are ordered and shipped (this was a major problem of some clients before they approached us),
While a few of our customers are located here in Metro Manila, and know where we get our products, they (as well as provincial customers) find it more practical to avail of our services and some buy from us. For a small premium, we extended warranties to our customers that the products they buy, or are shipped to them, are free from factory defects and are in working condition.
